- An estate agent successfully sells a property and contacts us for a commission advance.
- We then provide a quote and answer any questions.
- Contact is made with the conveyancer to ensure the purchase price is secured by the buyer and the transfer documents have been signed.
- Payment is made to the agent/agency within 24 hours of completed documentation.
- There are no regular payments required; once the property has been registered, the attorney will settle the final balance.
- Upon registration, the conveyancer settles Taurus’ portion plus the accrued weekly charges.
- The estate agent receives the remaining commission due to them directly from the conveyancer.
